Sweet D'Elly opened with the mission of spreading our love of incredible food and the finest ingredients as widely as possible. We try our best to make you have a good experience with our layer cake! Since we first started operating, we’ve developed a loyal fan base that it just as particular about good food as we are!

Method of payment
Currently we accept only online transfer funds via major banks in Malaysia. Credit card option will be added soon.
Mode of Delivery
What You Need to Know
Currently for a delivery method, we are using a standard shipping that works only for 1-5 business day. Orders are packed and shipped from Monday to Friday only. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday and selected holidays are processed on the next business day. Orders will be shipped out 1-2 business days after we receive the orders.

Return Policy
All the Details
One to one replacement only valid in case of tear boxes or cake content fungus infected segment. Report must be sent on the date of reception by photograph proof via email so that immediate action can be taken for replacement.
